Disrespectful staff and Terrible service

<p>Yesterday I arrived at Clicks in Festival Mall (Kempton Park) at 5pm and only walked out at 6pm.</p> <p>This was the worst experience I have ever had at Clicks. It was busy - but only one till was open, I then asked a gentleman by the name of Mashilo why they cannot open another till, he told me that the other till (refering to only one till) did not work, but there were 3 or 4 OTHER tills that could be open. When I asked to speak to the supervisor, I was just bluntly told "No", I then told him that his assistance is unprofessiobal and that this is terrible service from Clicks - Mashilo and his friend, with whom he was having a full blown conversation, laughed in my face and then continued their conversation.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is by far the WORST experience I have ever had in a store of any kind, and I am greatly dissappointed that Clicks would allow a person like Mashilo to represent the Clicks name and brand. </p>
