Disrespectful staff

Clicks tsakane pharmacy staff are a bunch of useless and disrespectful people,my sister and I waited for an hour and 20 minutes to be attended when there was only 6people ahead of us, when we finally got to the dispenser the lady who was helping us was so rude and unprofessional her name is Marcia ,she asked for main member s I'd when we asked why she said that's how they work I mean I've a customer there since the mall opened in even a club member no one ever explained to me that if I'm using a medical aid I have to bring main members I'd, when an old lady behind me said clicks should put suggestion box in the shop Marcia and her colleague Thembi laughed and said (bayahlanya)meaning we crazy.isnt that a customer's right .I'm so not happy with clicks tsakane pharmacy
