Disrespectful management

The Clicks at York street shopping mall service is bad. I was there to exchange a faulty straightener I had bought 3 months back. All I wanted was an exchange for a better one where I would pay in the difference if needed. The manager explained that the warranty only app**** to the wiring of the straightener and not the products abilities. I was explaining to the manager that the plats of the straightener are damaged and pulls on my hair when I use it. The Manger rolled her eyes at me and looked there other way, utter disrespect. This is poor customer service and I honestly will not make use of there services again I will rather use a different Clicks Branch.
