disrespectful behaviour

I was in Clicks Sasolburg. My kids were very excited about the new flutes I bought them. They were playing with them. The Clicks pharmacist on duty approached my kids and very sternly showed them to stop. This traumatised them. I asked her what her problem was. She said my kids were extremely irritating. This was very disrespectful to me as a regular Clicks client. If she had a problem she could have spoken to me and not approach my children directly nor was there any need to insult me or my kids.
