Disposable Kettles - NRCS LOA Requested

I have a kettle bought from this company, we dont have the slip, the store cannot find it on our profile. This is one of many of these kettles bought, code 361825. These are truly disposable products. They all have the same problem, there is a burnt wire. Clicks, I would like to see a copy of the valid NRCS LOA for this product as I will be taking this further.
