Dispicable attitude

I went in 2day to exchange a packet of pampers at dobsonville mall clicks and the lady at the door kindly said just go straight to customer care and i went and stood there and waited to be attemded the lady who was thre by the name of malefu metseema was standing behind the cashier as i though she was still assisting the cashier,a while after that she came towards my direction as she saw me standing there ddnt greet me or ask me if i needed any help nd she opened a book and stated to write ok so i stand there like fool.....after a while like a long while she then said do u guys need help or are y just standing there.....the shock andi firstly greeted her nd said im here to xchange nd is that the way to talk and she answered by saying that whn people need assistance they nomally cum from the que and i said that we nt the same as i Standing thre bcause i was told by the lady at the door.when my husband asked if from the time we were standing u cudnt see us and with an attitude she said no i did not agressively...i dnt think thats the way to treat customers on any givern im not happy with the service and yet she did find the courtesy to apologise
