Dishonest Clicks Area manager and protection of lying staff in their Govan Mbeki Branch

This Pharmacy Manager by the name Angel Lewis at Clicks Govan Mbeki(1530) insisted that I cannot buy Stilpane syrup for myself because it's for children under 12,while it clearly shows instructions for adults usage on the package🤷 and then she left me with no choice but to buy Expectalin which costs double the price of Stilpane that I once bought at the exact store,with no issues.

The person that called me( apparently Area manager)is justifying your staff's reason for selling me an expensive medicine, telling me that Stilpane will last me a day and a half and I ask him, where's the problem if I get healed in that small period🤷 because Stilpane is what's within my budget and it has helped me whenever I'm sick, then he goes on making illogical requests that if the Expectalin is still sealed and in box I can return it to the store,how do you expect it to be unopened when I bought it 7 days ago when I was not feeling well🤷🤷 and I ask him when did Clicks impose this law of selling Stilpane to kids only because I had bought the same medication maybe 6 months ago, in the same store without any fuss,he says Clicks doesn't have such policy and that clearly means that employee **** to me.I want this matter to be handled by a competent person that knows how to handle these incidents.And then he has 5he audacity to lie and the matter was resolved.
