Disgusting way to treat a customer

<p>I went into menlyn on the 15th of may 2017 to purchase a few items. As I walked out the sensory stands beeped and the security called me back to check my packet she soon realized it was my bag that was beeping and when opened she found some of my USED revlon make up she quickly confiscated it without even asked me... a few minutes a later the VERY RUDE manager Sarah came and started harassing me trying to pull me to the back room and refusing to give back my clicks packet with my purchased goods. I explained to them that my father is a consultant for revlon and sells revlon a items straight from the factory that is why I do not have a slip for a used item. I think called my mother who was in the car to come and bring the sample bag with over 100 samples of revlon to prove to them but they refused to believe. The security guard Maria was harassing me and pushing me towards the back room. By then about 50 security guards of menlyn had been called and they were all surrounding me in the mall like I was some kind of ******** and all shouting at me to not move. My mother then came with the sample bag and when the sensor beeped again because of her bag they didn't even want to listen. Sarah was so u professional and rude I could not believe that somebody like her would be employed as a manager for clicks. She was screaming in her language and causing a scene instead of trying to be professional and dignified. After mischief arguing Sarah said she would like to call the cops and we were told to go downstairs to center management "jail" while there about 70 security Gautdawere trying to fit into one room just to see what was happening and when I asked the security manager to ask them to leave he said they can do what they want. I was so disrespected by all the security laughing and making jokes in their language. After 2 hours my father who is the consultant for revlon came and brough every single invoice he had to prove to her that we bought the stock she refused to even acknowledge it and sat there on her iPad saying she will wait for the police. She accused me of *****ing one small lip stick when my father buys stock for over R20 000. After 4 hours the cops finally arrived and spoke to her in private I am not sure what they told her but I think she realized she has no evidence so she gave my products back and left. Sarah from clicks menlyn made clicks seems like such a disgusting company and I cannot believe that clicks would hire somebody like her to work as a manager in their store. The security guard Maria aswell was so rude and harassing me trying to pull my arm and refused to give me my packet of stuff I BOUGHT. This Sarah refused to be professional and caused me to wait in menlyn for almost 5 hours when I have 2 kids at home waiting for Me. I was so embarrassed and humiliated and the way the staff had treated me. Clicks should in future pls put cameras in their stores so customers can prove their innocence when you have people like Sarah working in the store. </p>
