Disgusting, unempathetic service

A port I am forced to give a rating as they deserve less. I sent a script for delivery via the clicks app yesterday, the call centre confirmed it is with clicks and I should get the meds in 4 hours. 6 hrs later I call and they claim they didn't receive the request. Such pathetic service. Suppose one should have to die before being attended to. The pharmacist assigned is Bongiwe Nxumalo who would not even talk to me and had to have numerous requests made. Just to tell me "it's not here" told her to cancel my order and I would go to the competition where I am guaranteed service within the promised time
