Disgusting treatment by staff

<p>After my 90 year old grandmother stood in the queue for over an hour due to pensioners not being helped separately and one elder woman ahead of us actually falling to her knees from the long wait by pathetic staff to us standing in front of the counter being ignored yet again by the pathetic staff only to be stopped by a questionable security officer who then proceeded to search my handbag *******ly and without gloves or anything only his filthy hands finding an ancient lipstick walking off with it and coming back to say now you can go this isn't from our shop. Again being ignored when I told him countless times he is making a mistake only to have him treat my anxious old grandmother and me in such a disgusting manner then laugh in my face when I said this is ******* and disgusting treatment. Well clicks you will no longer have my business after ten years I think how you treat customers is a JOKE! What a horrible shop! </p>
