Disgusting survey by Clicks

I recently ordered four items ftom Clicks online via Pargo. It was delivered to Clicks Franschhoek on 1 June, but it was never scanned. I contacted Clicks Customer services. I only received my parcel on 5 June. Clicks sent me a survey and I explained my disappointment. THEN THE SURVEY PROCEEDED TO ASK MY AGE, RACE AND INCOME.

This is totally unacceptable. I object completely. These variables do not have any connection to my order ir complaint
