Disgusting staff member , Tamrin

Clicks Riverlands I am appalled and DISGUSTED! Your EXTREMELY rude ( understatement) staff member, Tamrin who claims to be an assistant manager which is shocking decided today, Sunday 1 February 2026 that she needs to be disrespectful to a customer.

I opened a value bag of clicks baby wet wipes as this is the only brand I use and there weren't any single packs on the shelves.

The security decided she has to do an outstanding job watching a paying customer open a bag of wipes and go tell a staff member. The way Tamrin came at me, not even greeting me, took the wipes from my basket and loudly saying " Your are not allowed to open a value pack" The sheer audacity and arrogance of this interaction a has me so frustrated. I can't understand how retail staff lack common respect and professionalism.

I told her I've been told I can do it at another Clicks. The ways she carried on as if I was a ******** committing a heaneous crime.

I went to another staff and asked requested to speak to a store manager, low and behold she comes out to talk to me in the capacity of an *Assistant Manager" according to her.

She has no way of talking to customer she is downright unprofessional and rude and should never be customer facing.

I left the entire basket of items and left very upset. I was doing gift shopping and my entire experience was ruined.

I will never return to that branch! Extremely disgusting behaviour. I can't imagine thia type of behaviour being tolerated.
