Disgusting service from clicks. Delivering my parcel to another person!

Clicks just phoned me to inform me that I need to go and fetch my parcel from another residential address because their driver delivered it to the wrong house!!!! I paid for delivery and they want me to go and drive and get my parcel from someone else? This is utterly ridiculous!! The audacity of your customer service staff is unheard of! How does your delivery staff give a parcel to someone without checking that it is delivered to the right address??
