Disgusting service from clicks call centre! you wont see my money again!!!

I did an online order Friday 23/11/2018, and called your call centre to query my order. i wanted to find out if there was a way i could collect my order from my nearest clicks instead of waiting for the order to be delivered. she said no i have to wait till thursday (which was understandable). i also wanted to try and track my order to see how far it could be, and to make sure there were no issues with the order. she was so quick to brush me off, didnt even ask for my order number and just kept repeating that i must wait till thursday. eventually i force to give her the order number, she places me on hold, comes back after a few minutes with the same story. i accept, and i ask her for a ref number, she tells me she does not have one, i ask her to give me her name as reference, she starts becoming defensive saying 'mam i was never rude to you' ect i tell her i want your name as reference, she immediately hangs up on me. her tone and attitude was wrong from the beginning, she was very unprofessional and the service was disgusting!!! my order is over a thousand rand and if this is the sort of service i will be receiving from clicks i will never order from you again!!!!! i'd rather go to dischem because they are far more professional than you will ever be!!!!!!!!! her name is MARSHREE and her manager is JANINE BOUWERS!
