disgusting service from clicks

worst worst service i have ever had with a pharmacy, phoned in thrice to have a dispensing order cancelled and when phoning in again after they still didn't cancel or reverse the order the consultant olwethu had the audacity to tell me "er I dont know anymore" which I now have to pay out of pocket for. The staff at clicks parow does not even come close to dischem pharmacies.
