Disgusting service from Clicks

Wanted to change two packs of nappies and a sealed baby bottle set that I received as a gift but received no assistance because I did not have the slip. What are people suppose to do with products they don't need in tough times if they can't exchange.... Throw it away.... I mean honestly. Since when has this become a thing
