Disgusting Service from Clicks

<p>I have been picking up my medication from Clicks at Greenstone Hill for about a year. Yestreday afternoon I went in to the Eastgate Clicks to pick up as i was in that vicinity only to be told that the Profile is not centralised. So i said fine please call Greenstone and get it centralised. 45 minutes late i am still in front of the Pharmacist and they have not solved anything and the Pharmacist has the audacity to say "Please calm down, we are trying to help you, you must be very calm"in a threatening tone. Excuse me, you are a retail company that provides a service and you are not doing a common consumer like me any favours. I called the customer services this morning to be told that they will contact both the branches but No, they cannot make any plan to get me medication delivered. That is *******, its the least they can do considering the embarrasment their staff caused me yestreday by speaking in that tone and providing such ****py service!!!!</p>
