Disgusting Service

I placed an on Clicks Online on 22/03/2020. The vale of the order is approx. R600. To date i have not received delivery of my goods. When i called the customer center they told me that the order had been delivered and that they would follow up with the courier company and come back to me. It is now 16 days since i placed the order and i had not been contacted yet. I was not contacted by anyone to confirm address and delivery. I desperately needed the items during this crisis time. I have no option but to sit and wait for Clicks to call me as i cannot leave the house since i have a compromised immune system.
