Disgusting service! Clicks agents are *******!!!

I cancelled my order and got a confirmation from Bonile Mafuya. She later decided to cancel my refund request advising that the parcel had been delivered and signed by my son. What's funny is that I don't have a son. I'm still chasing my refund!
