Disgusting service at Clicks Phoenix Plaza

I don't carry my rewards card because of covid, I do have my card number stored on my phone. I weekly visit the Phoenix plaza branch. To this day I have never had an issue by just giving the cashier my card number at the pharmacy and the cashier. Today, Nivashnie Naicker, at the Phoenix plaza branch says to me its not allowed. I explained to her and the cashier, just last week I shopped at this store and used the same number from my phone with no issues. Nivashnie who was a supervisor called by the cashier was not friendly, never even greet me and just started being defensive before I even opened my mouth. Where's the customer service? Where's the friendly environment?? I understand this is the festive season but why would she not try to find a solution. How do policies change over a week and without notifying a customer!! Disgusted at how I was treated, like I was begging for something and wasted my time.
