Disgusting service at Clicks online

I made a purchase online on the 31st of July 2021. A day later, I was made aware that one of the item I had purchased was unavailable. Click online then went on to credit me as cashback funds not credit my bank card which I used to make the payment. I have tried to reach out and seems nothing is working at all, up to now I have not received my money and still no way forward. I do not want cashback but want my cash back. The service has been so disgusting as it seems I cannot get any help at all.
