Disgusting service at clicks La lucia

I am utterly disgusted at the service received at the la lucia store. This is my second time in contact with them and the staff at cosmetics are extremely ***********. Both encounters were regarding the purchase of make up revolution products. The first time I went to purchase a product and it was out of stock. I went again several times to see that the very same product was still out of stock. I called many times after and the same response was given to me. They indicated that they would call me when the stock is available. I haven't received a call to this day. A few days later I went in store and the same thing.. no stock. I opened the counter drawer to see stock of my desired product hidden behind a whole lot of products that were not on the shelve. My second visit was on 14/05. I made a special trip to the store because of a clearance sale advertised on instagram. The sale started on that very day. I went into the store and the assistant was unaware of any sale. She insisted that this was news to her. I showed her the advert and she seemed shocked. Secondly, there is a free palette promotion in store on revolution products. The promotion is advertised but yet again no stock. Today was the first day of this promotion as well and there is no stock. The annoying part is that the sales lady was not aware of anything in store. I requested for a rain check or any note to grant me this promotion later on but was told they don't do that any longer. However on my first visit the manager told me they issue a note if the product is not in stock on the first day of the promotion. This kind of service is disappointing and unacceptable. If other stores nearee to me stocked revolution make up I would be there. After this kind of service I'd honestly prefer driving all the way to pavilion.
