Disgusting service

Bought a kambrook kettle from Clicks Westgate mall…the kettle switches off halfway through the boil thus the water does not boil properly…taking it back to the store I was told that water does boil even though they saw it doesn’t boil completely through after testing it,I am now sitting with a kettle that’s is of no use to me,and what made it worse I had to stand quite a few minutes before being assisted
