Disgusting service

I got to Clicks Pharmacy in Sinoville today at 17h45 just before they close (18h00). I live 2.5 km away from them that's why I always go to the particular pharmacy. Unfortunately I didn't have my medical aid card, I didn't think it was gong to be a problem as they've always been able to help me without the card because they already captured my information, with attitude Anina Croukamp told she couldn't find me using my ID, when I asked if I could repeat my ID number because she might have missed a number she gave me a deep sigh and rolled her eyes Because of her attitude I told her to leave it, and she just said thanks bye just like that. When I walked away she said something in Afrikaans, Im sure it was nasty
