Disgusting service

I am writing this on behalf of my wife who has had enough of the terrible service at your store at West Coast Village in Parklands/Sunningdale Cape Town<br> She waited 30 mins in a queue and finally assisted by a lady. This lady was then ordered to go on lunch midway through the process. She then had to abandon assisting my wife and someone else came to help!<br> The new person had to start the process from over and nearly dispensed the wrong medication and took very long to actually get it right.<br> We have consistent bad service from this branch.<br> <br> Staff that messed my wife around names are
