Disgusting service

I've experienced rediculous service at clicks Sunbel Centre.

On the 18/10/2022 I've requested a fully specified the manager including the pharmacy staff did not know what the request and process was. The manager called me to say it's ready on the same day. I only fetched it today which is a week ago and only to find out it's not done yet. The pharmacist which was a mature lady with Grey hair and called funny names, the manager refused to apologize or provide me with the name. The managers name is Jaydin Conradie and he is unapologetic, he requires training for people's skills. Please address this matter urgently.
