Disgusting Service

What disgusting services I am experiencing from Clicks Parow Centre. My son has dropped off a chronic medication prescription at Clicks Parow Centre on Monday, I have also emailed them the script several times, however I am getting no response from them. Despite me reiterating the urgency of me needing this medication, hence it being chronic I am still getting no response. I have advised that I cannot go and stand in their long queues to collect the medication due to my condition falling under the comorbidities category and is risky to be in crowds. However they actually do not care about the next person's health. I will actually have the script collected and have it sent to another pharmacy, Clicks pharmacy will never see me again.
