Disgusting service

Disgusting service. Purchased items and paid for them, only to realise when i get home, that the cashier did not pack all the items. I purchased very few items, so i dont even know how the item never made it to the packet. Called the store and kept getting transferred from one person to the next, thats how much customer service means to this ******* store.
