Disgusting Service

<p>I am highly disgusted at the service i received on Saturday at Montclair Branch</p> <p> </p> <p>I wanted to get some sinumax tablets on self help</p> <p>There were two consultants at both sides</p> <p>I went to the prescription side as i was taking them on self help</p> <p> </p> <p>I approached the pharmacist and told her what i wanted. All she said was you must go to the other side. I said d her to that</p> <p>i came there as it was on medical not cash but there were no client s to serve after me and still she refused to assist</p> <p>I left and the manageress at the door could see i was very upset.</p> <p>She asked me what was wrong when i explained to her she said come with me .She spoke to the same pharmacist who refused to assist me but had just called a customer that had come long after me from the other side....she told the manageress that she has clients to see to first. When i said but i was here long before them she said you walked away</p> <p>The a attitude to the manageress and to me as a client was disgusting</p> <p>I will never step a foot in Clicks again and i will spread this message by word of mouth .I went to Dischem and was served with dignity and politeness</p> <p>Clients obviously don't need their clients</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>Regards</p> <p>Bridgette</p> <p> </p>
