Disgusting service

<p>I would advise against anyone buying a KAMBROOK appliance.</p> <p>I bought a KAMBROOK blender (Model: PIA3185) from Clicks. The blender worked very well until thedrive part that connects to the jug stripped.</p> <p>I have tried numerous times for months to try to get a replacement (by numerous telephone calls and emails and 'contact us' on the website. (I included photos of the part that I needed).</p> <p>I have not received ONE reply, no a call, not an email, not a '****** you', NOTHING at all, it is like talking to a brick wall.</p> <p>Clicks wants your business until it comes to after sales service or parts-BEWARE.</p> <p>I now have to go and buy another unit-you can be sure it will NEVER be a KAMBROOK</p>
