Disgusting Refund policy, ****mers!!!

Still waiting for my refund 3 weeks later, I have had to make other means of getting the items I needed and used money which was not budgeted upon. Some of the call center agents were very dismissive and not very helpful. I literally got ****med by a major company like clicks who generated millions in revenue.
