Disgusting phone call from staff memener at broadacres branch

Just got a call from the most rude lady. I buy at clicks over 3x a week apparently when I went to the nurse something wasn't paid for. The nurse gave me my receipt as usual and I paid. The lady on the phone was saying I walked out without paying for some part of my injection. She was incredibly rude and I am furious. Could she not just be polite and explain the nurse made an error and may I come in and pay. This is unacceptable I will start going to dischem. How dare you treat people this way! I expect to hear from someone in charge very soon. What a terrible thing to go through on a Friday as one of the most regular and loyal customers. Appalling!
