Disgusting online service. I want my money back

On the 23rd of February 2026 I bought Electricity online for R1000 and money was deducted from my bank, however on the Clicks website it showed that it was unsuccessful. I’ve been in contact with clicks and my bank trying to get a refund back into my account both parties said they don’t have my money, however my bank has done their part given me a reference number that shows that the money was paid into clicks Nedbank account but then the Clicks finance department have not made any effort to trace where the amount that was paid in their account is and, I wouldn’t recommend anyone on using clicks online because you would lose your money and no one would bother to be accountable for it.
