Disgusting customer service at Clicks online

I ordered stuff online, they were delivered and to my surprise packaging of each item was dirty, mind you these are baby food. Also an item was missing and I was told only after I called in that the item was out of stock had I not called how would I have known!!!! I complained on Monday the 24th of August, to this date 29th August I have received no feedback customer service is appalling!!!
