Disgusting "customer service" at Clicks Mall@Reds

Worst customer service I've ever experienced!!!!! Went to the self medication section with a lady sitting behind a computer just acting like I do not exist. A few other ladies having casual conversations, looking in my direction with no care.

I eventually ask "can you please assist me or am I just going to stand here". Lady behind the computer answers me with a disgusting attitude "we will assist you now" continues her conversations with the other ladies behind the counter. Absolutely disgusting!!!! I left saying dont stress I'll go somewhere else thanks.
