Disgusting customer service at clicks centurion 🤬🤬

An appalling experience it was🤮🤮. I went to clicks on the 12th of June 2022 at 17:40 to collect my pargo parcel. When I got to clicks store in centurion mall. I was approached by a kind security lady that pointed me straight to the pargo station. When I got there I literally waited for 10 minutes without any service. I was ignored by the employees throughout. Until the security lady came to me and asked if I was assisted because I've been waiting for long. I said no and I then got very irritated and went to one of the cashiers. She then had to call someone through the intercom and when the guy came to me, with attitude he just asked me for my pargo number. I then asked him what was the pargo procedures. He then with attitude told me that a customer just comes in and wait at the large station. I then told him that I was there for 10min. He then blatantly ignored me. He then gave me the pargo then never said anything to me not even an Apology. Ever since being a Clicks client I've never received such a disgusting service ever. I'm so appalled by the service from Clicks centurion mall. Disgusting 🤮🤮.
