Disgusting customer service

I went to clicks today to get a cough syrup over the counter with my medical aid, I was served by a young disrepectful arrogant man who made me to feel like ********. I have been collecting medication there for more that 6yrs and no problem. Today I told that this might not be, I might be impersonating the owner. I respect the rules are changing security measures have to be put in place but why does he not have the respect to explain that to me. Instead 9f ridiculing me in front of other customers.i have never felt so degraded in my life
