disgusting customer service

I was never this humiliated and embarrassed after i got treated like a ******** in your store after seeing that the fault was on your side all you could say was sorry to strip search me and all to find out that your sensor alarm has a problem its disgusting how you treat your customers the attitude i was given by the security guard i never felt so disrespected.
