Disgusting Clicks Clinic in Colonade

On Thursday we were at Colonade and my mom had bumped her leg badly and was bleeding so I took her to the clinic by Clicks. The nurse offered to help.... She seemed kind of lost in the office, searching for everything she needed. I figured maybe she was new, not realising that she actually had no idea what she was doing! She started cleaning the wound, but the whole time she just cleaned around the wound and not the wound and didnt want to clean the blood on the wound. She said the cream would clean it. Then she took out the used tube of cream and put some on her finger and rubbed it on the wound and in the blood. Then, disgustingly she put the same finger back on the tube. Now my moms blood is on the tube. We immediately stopped her and she said this is how she always does it! We immediately left, bought our own wound cleaning supplies and I treated my mom in the bathroom. What that nurse did is disgusting, unacceptable and so dangerous. I will never use a Clicks clinic if they do not have properly trained staff!!!
