Disgusting and very poor customer service

Clicks in Northgate mall has very poor customer service, yesterday I'm at the door at 16:55 and the door is closed, when I politely asked why the door is closed as the sign outside stats clearly the shop closed at 5pm,I'm rudely told who told me the shop is closed,pls note (there's 6 customers standing behind me,I asked the lady to open and she does but u will not believe the screaming that came from all the workers behind the tills... unbelievable,had to shut them and screamed back and told them they better open the tills otherwise I'm recording the whole situation...I'm so disgusted...and everyone who came with me was behind me at the till to pay for something,in this time of Covid-19 I'm really surprised they still people who don't appreciate they have jobs while millions are suffering out there without any source of income...
