Disgusting and inhuman

Clicks has been absolutely disgusting with their service and lack of humanity: their processes don't work - and they don't care.

On March 21st I placed an online order - I was having an operation and knew I wouldn't be able to go to the shops.Firstly,by accident, I selected to collect in store - I tried to change this via the service email centre, but they refused. This was the first irritating aspect - people make mistakes - help them! Delivery is scheduled for 1-3 days. I placed one order, one transaction but then for some reason by order was split into 2 parcels This was the second irritating aspect.. I first received notification that the one parcel was ready - but heard nothing about the other one. Yesterday, I received the pin that the 2nd had arrived. I went to the store (Norwood Mall). They could only find one. They told me to come back today. I came back. No parcel. They phone pargo - pargo say its not their problem. They tell us to phone clicks line - clicks first say the parcel is there: we (me and the lady from the store) tell them it is defintely not. They say I must get a refund. They store say they can't give me a refund without barcodes but they don't even have all the products in stock. At this point, remember I have just had an operation, I am ready to collapse. I start trying to collect as many of the products as possible, so they will do their work and process at least some of the refund. Because now i have no products (they were toiletries) and I have no money to buy them. While I am doing this the manager comes to tell me actually the parcel is still on its way.and i must come back when it does arrive. It is a lockdown; i am not well; I am not going out to collect a parcel that Clicks lost. I have tried to call the call centre now for over an hour about ten times, no one answers or it is just shut off. Clicks did not deliver their service. At the moment Clicks has basically ****** my money. I want an immediate refund. OFT1T***0; this is the parcel number.
