Disgusted with Customer service at Clicks

Clicks employees are the worst. This is my second unpleasant experience at a Clicks store in a few months. With such appalling customer service they may as well do us all a favour and close their doors for good. I personally have had it with Clicks. I was at the Hayfields store with my daughter who accidentally left her print outs for a school project on one of the isle. When we got back to the store 15min later the pages were retrieved from the ******* bin, torn into pieces!! Needless to say my little girl was distraught, understandably so, we had spent time and money on this. I will not let this slide, they will compensate me. Clicks must understand that customers will leave stuff behind, there is a chance that it's important. If the "cleaners" don't know or understand what it is, it doesn't mean it's *******. As if they haven't had enough bad publicity lately. They clearly don't understand the effect of bad customer service, if they keep on like this its will catch up with them.
