Disgusted with clinic

I had an appointment for my son's 6 month injections on 25 June @ Clicks Oakfields. My husband took my son and was told my a nurse that the sister is not there and she cant inject my son bearing in mind that we had a confirmed appointment. Sister Bennita phoned me and confirmed an appointment for my son's injections to take place on 23 July. I told her I work until 4 and will bring him after 4pm and she said it is OK as long as I am there before 5pm. I get there at 16h35 and this woman (not sister Bennita) tells me that she does not see patients after 16h30. I was livid and if I did not have my child in my arms, that woman would not be standing up straight! So once again I have wasted petrol. I come all the way from Springs so WHO will reimburse my petrol???? I am shocked at the the "I-dont-care" attitude she presented and I am livid as the clinic times are 11h00 to 17h00. She blatantly locked the clinic door and said that the clinic is closed while I had another CONFIRMED appointment!! So I need someone to come back to me urgently with a plan of action!!!!!!!!!!!!!
