Disgusted that Andrew Barton Heat Protection Spray was discontinued. COMPLAINTS REF: 585173

The stock they keep is mediocre. It has become so pathetic. They are always out of stock of something. I always used to buy my Andrew Barton Heat Protection Spray there, but now all of a sudden it is gone. I asked one of the staff members why...

She simply said now they discontinued it. Out of the blue. No explanation. It is one of the best products that I have ever used when I straighten or blow-dry my hair because it works. But just like Clicks, and the way they operate, without sense or knowledge or care for their customer. They just discontinue it.

I have already left a complaint email on their website. They have not rep****. I want someone from head office to sort out this mess and get it back on the shelves. This is utter nonsense. What about your customers???

I want them to source it for me and bring it back. Nothing else works. What am I supposed to use now????

Nothing else I have tried has worked as well as this. CALL ME ***. As I was typing this review I did receive a call, in which they said they will try to find out what the problem is. They will try and source it for me to the store where I normally shop. Let us hope this gets resolved. Otherwise my hair is looking at some serious damage from straightening without heat protection spray.
