Disgusted in Clicks Vaal Mall's Service.

My name is Helena Grobler & my daughter is Leanne Grobler. I've got a Clicks Club Card. On my (Helena) Profile they added Leanne also under my Profile. We use the Same Medication subscribed by 2 diffirent Drs. On 2 occasions they took Helena's Repeat Perscription & gave that Repeat to Leanne. Now I (Helena) have lost 2 of the my Repeat prescription fillings through their negligence. I am extremely disappointed and disgusted in the bad service. Now I have to get yet another prescription from my Doctor and I am a pensioner with no medical aid, so their mistake will cost me money now.
