Disgusted customer

I went to Clicks for my script as per norm, but it was Clicks at Hemingway, East London, as I'm linked to any Clicks store. I know very well aware I hadn't collected my last script in Cape Town and I was told they cannot help me and I should be the one "calling the store" how so if they are also Clicks and should be contacting other clicks for any enquiries or confirmation they need? I'm on schedule 5 and imagine having to wait to get to Cape Town to access my script to get medication
