Disgusted customer

I can't begin to tell you how disappointed I am with Clicks Pharmacy Mall@Reds Centurion. We bought OTC meds in January and last month I needed eye drops but opened the box and it was empty. We let it slide not over thinking the situation but today I needed an anti-inflammatory gel and opened the box to find it empty as well. These items were bought together and both empty. This can't be a coincidence. This is theft. Please look into this matter and we expect to be reimbursed for this as medical supplies are not cheap. Thank you. Loraine
