Disgusted Customer!

<p>I'm writing this and I'm still shaking from anger &!disbelief. I've never been so disgusted in my entire life. I was followed out of the store & accused of *****ing an item that I had left inside the store after deciding not to sure purchase it because the lady wanted to "mark it"</p> <p>The sales lady waited for me at the toilet and asked me to come back in store to show her where I left the item since I didn't buy it. Wait, is a customer not allowed to change her mind? I have never heard of such an incident where you needed to tell and show where you had left the item after exiting the shop!</p> <p> </p> <p>After finding the item where I had left it, I laid a complaint to management who didn't take me seriously and didn't even at one point apologize. I am irritated and disgusted with Clicks. If this is how you treat customers best believe I'm never setting my foot in a Clicks store. </p>
