Disgusted by the poor service

I have ordered a few things from Clicks in the beggining of August. 2nd of August to be precise, and this was was second order in a period of 4 days. My first order was delivered with no issues, now my second order is still missing in action. I called the call centre and i was advised that my adress was incorrect, i dont understand how that can be the case as my 1st order was delivered with no issues. Im the 3rd week without my order. i feel like their online service in an inconvinience, we buy things coz we want to use them not just because we have money...

I bought a humidifiers so it can help my son but i had to go buy one at Dischem as they can not help me.... i have made several calls and emails and no one is assisting.

Online buying was meant to be convinient for us. Status of my order still says OUT ON DELIVERY since the 7th of aug... today is the 16th....

Can someone help me get my order if not my money back.
