Disgusted by the filthy condition you sell your products

I recently bought a standing fan from clicks. When I opened the box to assemble my fan, I found that my fan was old and used and dirty.

I still cannot understand how you guys can place a used and old item on the shelf for sale?????

This does not make any sense.

I still haven’t received feedback from Clicks. You guys still have my money and my fan.

I want my fan TODAY, you guys have inconvenienced me and made me wait too long. It is not my problem if you have stock or not, replace me with another standing fan of which I will NOT pay a difference. Compensate me for this inconvenience and all the up and down to and from your stores. Your Clicks Westwood store is a circus!
